Returns (Because Sometimes It’s Just Not a Match)
So… it didn’t sweep you off your feet? No hard feelings.
You’ve got 30 days from delivery day to send it back. Plenty of time to think it over.
To qualify for a full refund, your item must be:
Unworn (and we mean really unworn) Unwashed, in its original packaging with all tags still attached and looking their best and
If it is, contact hi@just-wears.com to arrange the return.
If it’s been on a night out already, it’s officially yours.
The “Who Pays What and When?” Part
You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs yourself — consider it the breakup postage.
Once sent, allow up to 5 working days for it to reach our warehouse. We’ll inspect it (nothing weird, promise), then process your refund.
A couple of quick notes: Original shipping costs aren’t refundable, return shipping is your responsibility.
If your parcel disappears into the shipping void, we can’t rescue it
The Intimate Bit
Let’s be honest — our products are personal.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn items, washed items or any unsealed Boxes.
If the seal’s broken, the deal’s broken. Underwear must be in its original, completely sealed packaging to be eligible for return. No exceptions. No awkward conversations.
